Frequency first day three

What’s Actually Making the Noise

Frequency First - Day Three

The noise isn’t random – it has patterns. Most of us have one or two primary sources that do most of the overriding: other people’s opinions, comparison, or the “should” machine running quietly in the background. Naming which one is loudest for you isn’t about judging it – it’s there for a reason – it’s about being able to see it fast enough to work with it.

Exercise – Noise Audit

This isn’t about self-criticism. It’s about getting clear. Answer these four questions honestly:

  1. What is the loudest noise in my life right now? Be specific – a person, a platform, an expectation, an old story.

  2. Where does it show up most? In which area of your life – relationships, work, money, your body, your future?

  3. When did I last let this noise override what I actually knew? What did I do instead of following my signal?

  4. What would I have done differently if the noise had been quieter?

There are no right answers. The point is to see it clearly.

Naming the noise doesn’t turn it off today. But noise you can name is noise you can start to tell apart from your own voice – and that’s the whole shift.

See you tomorrow
